You are looking for someone to capture your most important day. To make your decision easier, let's get to know each other. It is important to me that we get along well, that you can trust me and feel comfortable with me. We will talk through your big day and your ideas together so that I can cater to you individually. If a personal meeting is not possible, we can also talk on the phone or skype!

The big day is finally here. Now it's all about you and your guests. Let yourselves go, enjoy every second and let yourselves celebrate! You don't have to worry about anything. It is important to me not to be too conspicuous as a photographer, I rather stay in the background. I will capture all the memories for you, as real and rearranged as they happen.

FULL WEEKEND (FR&SA)

• Get together (1-2 hours) and or pre-shoot (45minutes) on the eve of the wedding

Since the beginning of 2022, I work as a team with wonderful people who actively support me during your wedding day.

Two photographers offer even more opportunities to capture your special wedding day photographically from different angles and perspectives. 

One of us focuses more on the big picture, while the other goes more into the details.

For civil weddings, only I accompany you or sometimes my second photographer. 

For weddings with up to 50 people, only one photographer appears. 

We are a well-rehearsed team and understand each other blindly.

I am very happy when we can accompany you as a team.

BOOKING

A deposit of 1000€ is required for a booking. Once the money is received, I consider the proposal fixed. The remaining amount is due after the wedding. Receipt of the deposit fixes the engagement on both sides. By booking, the client accepts all terms and conditions from this proposal.

VALIDITY

Upon receipt of this offer, the requested date is still bookable. I am bound to this offer for 10 days. Appointments can not be reserved. The binding nature of the commitment of an appointment exists only with the deposit. Marina Huber Photography reserves the right to withdraw this offer before the final assignment.

PERSONAL RIGHTS

By placing an order, the contractor automatically agrees that Marina Urban Photography may use the resulting images for portfolio purposes. Of course, in accordance with the highest standards and empathy.

IMAGE RIGHTS

The image rights remain with Marina Urban Photography. Any manipulation or sale is not allowed.

IMAGE EDITING

The artistic style is at the discretion of the photographer, as long as no other written agreements have been made.The customer has informed himself in advance about the style of the photographers.I provide all edited images in JPG format (10 megapixels).I create a collection of color and black and white photos according to my own feeling.Delivery will be as soon as possible, but no later than 6 weeks after the wedding.

OTHER

If it is not possible for the photographer to execute the order or to deliver the pictures within 4-6 weeks due to force majeure (e.g. accident, illness through no fault of the photographer), the client waives the right to claim damages.However, in this case the contractor will make every effort to provide a replacement photographer.If the event cannot be carried out due to force majeure (e.g. accident, illness through no fault of the photographer), the photographer waives the right to claim the agreed costs.
