    With my pictures I want to tell the story and the mood of your wedding day. Full of emotions, magical details and your heart people celebrating your day together with you.

    I want to capture memories for you by capturing big and also small moments of your big day. Not only will I photograph your wedding, but I will be there to help and advise you at all times. I am sure that the most important thing in wedding photography is vivid, true and emotionally charged pictures. Pictures that even in 20 years do not lose their meaning, but only gain. Pictures in natural style, which will not go out of fashion because of their editing. Pictures that show you how beautiful you are and remind you how great many moments of your wedding were.

    BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

    You are looking for someone to capture your most important day. To make your decision easier, let's get to know each other. It is important to me that we get along well, that you can trust me and feel comfortable with me. We will talk through your big day and your ideas together so that I can cater to you individually. If a personal meeting is not possible, we can also talk on the phone or skype!

    THE WEDDING DAY

    The big day is finally here. Now it's all about you and your guests. Let yourselves go, enjoy every second and let yourselves celebrate! You don't have to worry about anything. It is important to me not to be too conspicuous as a photographer, I rather stay in the background. I will capture all the memories for you, as real and rearranged as they happen.

    AFTER YOUR WEDDING

    For me, it's now on to editing your emotional moments. This is the time that is the most time-consuming for me. I put several hours to go through your big day again and the resulting images through my processing to become a harmonious whole. You will receive the finished pictures within four to six weeks in an online gallery.

    Since the beginning of 2022, I work as a team with wonderful people who actively support me during your wedding day.

    Two photographers offer even more opportunities to capture your special wedding day photographically from different angles and perspectives. 

    One of us focuses more on the big picture, while the other goes more into the details.

    For civil weddings, only I accompany you or sometimes my second photographer. 

    For weddings with up to 50 people, only one photographer appears. 

     

    We are a well-rehearsed team and understand each other blindly.

    I am very happy when we can accompany you as a team.

    INFoRMATIONs

     

    BOOKING

    A deposit of 800€ is required for a booking. Once the money is received, I consider the proposal fixed. The remaining amount is due after the wedding. Receipt of the deposit fixes the engagement on both sides. By booking, the client accepts all terms and conditions from this proposal.

    VALIDITY

    Upon receipt of this offer, the requested date is still bookable. I am bound to this offer for 10 days. Appointments can not be reserved. The binding nature of the commitment of an appointment exists only with the deposit. Marina Huber Photography reserves the right to withdraw this offer before the final assignment.

    PERSONAL RIGHTS

    By placing an order, the contractor automatically agrees that Marina Huber Photography may use the resulting images for portfolio purposes. Of course, in accordance with the highest standards and empathy.

    IMAGE RIGHTS

    The image rights remain with Marina Urban Photography. Any manipulation or sale is not allowed.

    IMAGE EDITING

    The artistic style is at the discretion of the photographer, as long as no other written agreements have been made.The customer has informed himself in advance about the style of the photographers.I provide all edited images in JPG format (10 megapixels).I create a collection of color and black and white photos according to my own feeling.Delivery will be as soon as possible, but no later than 6 weeks after the wedding.

    OTHERIf it is not possible for the photographer to execute the order or to deliver the pictures within 4 weeks due to force majeure (e.g. accident, illness through no fault of the photographer), the client waives the right to claim damages.However, in this case the contractor will make every effort to provide a replacement photographer.If the event cannot be carried out due to force majeure (e.g. accident, illness through no fault of the photographer), the photographer waives the right to claim the agreed costs.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PROCESS AND WEDDING DAY

    You usually only get married once in your life, so you probably have a lot of questions. To get the most important questions answered in advance, you can find all the information here.

    WEDDING DAY HIGHLIGHT VIDEO

    The highlight video is a short, wonderful memory of your wedding (about 2-3 minutes).

    You can save it on your smartphone and send it to your guests with the thank you note. You will also be provided the video in your personal online gallery, so when your guests enter the gallery, they can view the video directly. 

    The video includes: 

    - Royalty free music 

    - Isolated sound recordings

    - Color adjustments

    - Two versions (short trailer and one longer version) Surcharge 50€

     

     

    Since 2024, two videographers have also been working in the Marina Urban team to support me with videography.

    When deciding on a wedding video, I recommend every bridal couple to book a professional videographer who really only focuses on the video.

    Of course, only one of the videographers will come to your wedding.

    Why a video in black and white? 

    On the wedding day, I focus more on the images than the video. Therefore, some scenes may be out-of-focus or not optimally exposed. Since I want the end result to look cohesive, that's always possible with black and white. At the same time, I love the timelessness and emotionality that B&W films bring.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS VIDEO

    How is it possible that you take videos and photos at the same time?

    Another camera is attached to my main photo camera. So I can film the situation at the same time as taking photos.

     

    Can we choose the song?

    There is the possibility that I provide you with a second version with your desired song.

    However, this version may then only be used privately and may not be shared publicly due to song rights (GEMA).

    I use for videos that I publish exclusively licensed songs from GEMA-free platforms.

     

    Is it possible to include speeches in the video?

    Unfortunately no.

     

    When do we have to decide on a film?

    If you are thinking of adding the film, feel free to share that with me directly.

    A final decision is enough for me one week before the wedding.

    FURTHER PROCEDURE IF YOU LIKE A PACKAGE:

    • We phone / skype or meet in person in any case and talk about your schedule and how many hours make sense for you.
    • You will then receive a contract and appointment reservation fee invoice from me. Please check it again carefully.
    • The contract, AGB & DSGVO must be signed and sent back to me. 
    • The reservation fee for big weddings is 800€ & civil wedding 300€.
    • This fee will be charged to you in the final invoice after your wedding.
